Open Position for SUSA Board

SUSA has an opening for one "at-large" position to serve on the Board of Trustees, for a 3 year term of office. This appointee is not required to live within the Town limits, but must be a SUSA customer. There is no salary for this position. Although not required, it would be beneficial for the applicant to have knowledge of water, sewer and gas utility services.
The regular meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday of each month. However, there are times when special meetings are called to deal with issues that arise between regular meetings.
If you are interested in serving on the Board of Trustees, we invite you to the meeting this Thursday, August 10, to see the board in action and become familiar with procedures. All interested parties should send a letter of intent and interest, as to why you wish to serve, to Mayor Debra Burch, dburch@sperryok.gov. Applications will be accepted through Septermer 1, 2023.
